Some pokemon seem to spawn in certain patches at much higher frequencies than others, while some I haven't seen at all. I've started to notice, though, that this code isn't as random as one might expect. For a while now I've been using the AR code for pokemon black that allows a person to encounter every pokemon, 1-649, in every area (not including water).
